Two days ago, friend and I already attempted to reach this sonde by means of a Mitsubishi Pajero however, the mud was insane so we had to turn back. Lucky we made it out of there without getting stuck.

Today I decided to hike to the sonde's location and surely enough, I managed to find it in the middle of a field. I walked about 10km total. On the way back, some old chap gave me a lift home when I reached the main road.
