Here is one more...had luck with that one.
for today i have scheduled grape gathering, but probe suprised me and instead
near border with Slovenia ended up deep in my zone of probe recovery.
I could not skip my commitment, so finally came up 13h when work was finished and i have been
able to start recovery trip.
after 30 km trip and little run arround, searching right road through forest
i ended up near last received location with steady baofeng signal,
and set my gear for gps decoding....
After i put coordinates in android, it came out that probe was landed 100m further
than predicted, in forest....not another "hanger" was my thought....
with some worry i started my recovery trip through forest on foot...near vicinity
of location i have been able to spot thread from tree top to ground....
finally i have some luck...is probe up or down ?
Probe was hanging on thread in touch with water in smal forest creek...unwinder was
some 25 meters in tree top......after i switch off and safe remove probe i
pull down unwinder breaking tree branch in process......
(so what was wrong with my last "hanger" probe where i have not been able to
pulled it down , and thread slip down with no resistance ?)
Short but intensive trip back to the car, little chit chat about sugar in must with
local vintner...and i was happy and on my way home....

This probe , in contrast to last one, switches off and on normally.
